Since my freshman year I have been trying to gain size for football.  Unfortunately everything I've tried has not worked.  Being a few months away from graduation I knew that I would have to get serious in order to play in college.  I decided to get a memebership for the Hanisak Sports Performance Club.  Jay designed a lifting program and meal plan specifically for me and I have to say I am amazed at the results.  I went from benching 250lbs. as a high school senior to 300lbs. in 10 weeks.  Not to mention I put on 20lbs. of rock solid muscle.  Thanks to Jay's programs I am now ready to play at the next level.
