A: No, I train a wide range of clients.
50% of my clients are the average person who wants to make a serius lifestyle change. I am motivated to train anyone
and everyone who is seious about getting into better shape.

Q: What makes you better than the trainers at the gyms?
Well, for one I am highly experienced and qualified. Many gym trainers are
not even certified and the ones that are usually read one book passed one test and all of the sudden they are trainers.
Many are just average people that wanted a job at the gym and are willing to do training sessions for minimal pay meaning
the gym owner takes most of your money.
I , on the other hand, have tons of hands -on, real life experience.
I don't work as a personal trainer, I live the my life for strength and conditoning. I have numerous accomplishments
in strength sports, I am a succesful NCAA strength and Conditioning Coach and I not only know what it takes to get results
but I actually care about my clients and make it my priotity to help them reach their goals.
I always practice what I preach!
Can women be involved in Hardcore Training?
Absolutely! Hardcore does not discriminate. It is for anyone with a
