In addition, I have worked with many different population of clients ranging in age from 8-70.  I have trained high school, college and professional athletes, business men, stay at home moms, company ceo's, doctors, lawyers, priests, construction workers, police, and military recruits to name a few.  I have extensive training in athletic performance and injury prevention as well as post surgery, particularly rotator cuff and hip and knee replacement.

In addition to training others I also enjoy competitive weightlifting.  The first meet I ever entered was at the Allentown SportsFest where I earned second place in the bench press.  My lift was 345 lbs. at a bodyweight of 178.  My 430 lb. deadlift did not earn any awards that year but was a personal best.  To date, I have earned either first or second place awards in every meet I have entered.

In July of 2006, I left the amateur ranks and competed in my first professional meet at the 2006 World Powerlifting Championship where I placed first in the 198lb raw division and set  four world records.  Four months later, at IPA Christmas Carnage, I broke my Bench Press record with a lift of 425 lbs.
