3 Day Training Program for College or High School level players.  Program includes : Dynamic warm-up, power movements, strength exercises, and supplemental exercises, core training and exact sets and reps to be used. ** This is one of the programs used by the University of Notre Dame Volleyball team.

Softball- Pitcher's Program

This program includes a 2 day weight lifting program which includes core strengthening techniques, balance and stability exercises, special emphasis on shoulder stability, and free weight training.  Also included are plyometrics and conditoing drills to be performed on alternate days.  ***This program includes a combination of techniques used by Boston University and Baylor University.
