Fast and Easy Core Exercise
Are you always on the go? Want to workout
but can't find the time? Well, say goodbye to those love handles because I have a solution. Its called Fast and
Easy Core Training! All you need is a medicine ball and a couple of minutes a day to tone up your abs, love handles,
low back, legs and butt. Do the following three exercises every morning M-F before you get in the shower. Its
best to get it out of the way so that there are no excuses later. You will do each exercise for 3 sets of 10 reps.
Perform them in a circuit: one set of exercise one, then exercise two and then exercise three. Take a minute rest in
between circuits. You should be able to do this in 6 minutes.
